Customer Service Representatives' primary responsibility is to aid the District's residents by assisting them in registering for District sponsored activities and reserving District facilities.
The District promotes a friendly atmosphere by valuing the needs of every customer. We have established, implemented, administered, and effectively communicated sound policies, procedures, rules, and practices that treat employees and the community with respect and equality. The District has three dedicated employees in the position of Customer Service Representative to handle the needs of the customer. They also serve as the District's information center and provide support to the District's Departments and Divisions and act as information liaisons for Community Youth Groups.
Registrations and Reservations can be made by phone, fax, mail, walk-in or online. Online registrations are made through ActiveNet, our most popular method. Reservations can be initiated online, but must be approved and completed through our Customer Service Representatives.
