Community Center Park
1605 E. Burnley Street
Camarillo, CA 93010
This 12.85 acre park came into the District in April 1966 and is home to the Administrative Offices, Community Center, Senior Center, auditorium and seven classrooms.
Our park and community center is home to many of the District's special events - Christmas Parade, Easter Eggstravaganza and Craft Fair, Halloween in the Park, age 50+Expo, Ventura County Wii Bowling Tournament, Military/Veterans Expo, Community Rummage Sales and so much more!
In November 2016, the Community Center Playground received an expansion to include more equipment for children with varying types of disabilities. The addition of a rocking ship, a multigenerational swing, and interactive panels we added. Thank you to all of our generous donors who made this playground expansion possible: Kiwanis Club of Camarillo, Amber's Light Lions, Pleasant Valley Recreation & Parks Foundation and others who have made this dream a reality.
This park is home to the District's main office, Pleasant Valley Senior Center, auditorium and seven classrooms. This park is the hub for our many special events and programs such as Eggstravaganza, Camp Funtastic, Camarillo Community Band, Halloween in the Park, Breakfast with Santa, Christmas Parade, 50+ Expo and more.
