Arthritis  – Reduce pain & maintain mobility. Taught by a Certified Arthritis Foundation Instructor. T & Th 9:30am 

Body Works - Improve bone & muscle strength, balance and flexibility using weights and resistance bands. Bring hand weights, resistance bands & a mat.  Tuesdays 8:30-9:30am

Bridge 2/1 - Learn from two experienced instructors in a fun, systematic approach to the game.    Tuesdays 9-11:15am

Crochet – Learn beginning or intermediate crochet. Mondays

Dance Lessons - Brush up on your dancing techniques or learn a new dance! Fun classes & great exercise, improve your balance! Tuesdays 6:30-8:30pm

Evening Fitness for Active Adults - Exercise for good health! This instructor led workout introduces moderate exercise emphasizing functional fundamentals for adults in a reinforcing environment. Thursdays 6:15-7:15pm

Focus on Balance - Don’t “Fall” into retirement! Challenge your balance & strengthen your muscles to help you remain upright Mondays & Wednesdays 2-3pm

Feldenkrais Method: Move Them Bones - Gentle movement floor mat class that will enhance your coordination, improve skeletal support, muscular efficiency & cognitive function. Tuesday 4pm or Thursday 5:30pm

Knitting – Learn beginning, intermediate & circular knitting. Fridays

Parkinson’s Class - This class provides special exercises for those with Parkinson’s disease & other movement disorders. Mondays & Wednesdays 3:15-4:15pm

Pilates (Morning) - This is a weight bearing exercise class building strong bones, balance & flexibility to improve your overall core strength. Thursdays 9 -10am

Tai Chi Sun - All Levels: Develop balance, strength, posture & confidence in a walking & moving exercise routine. Beginner to Intermediate levels. Fridays 2-3:30pm

Tai Chi Sun-For Rehab - For those recovering from surgery, heart attack, stroke or other traumatic events. Learn to focus your energy on healing.  Mondays 4:30-5:30pm

Watercolor Painting Landscapes - Follow easy step-by-step “paint-alongs” No drawing skills needed. Nothing to bring! Mondays 9-11am

Zumba Gold - Improve your balance, strength & flexibility utilizing great Latin music! Every class feels like a party! Wednesdays & Fridays 9:30-10:30am
