Blood Pressure & Braille

Seniors Blood PressureBlood Pressure Reading

Many adults have high blood pressure and do not even realize it. Uncontrolled high blood pressure can lead to stroke, heart attack, heart failure or kidney failure. The only way to tell if you have high blood pressure is to have your blood pressure checked.

The Pleasant Valley Senior Center has made arrangements to have a volunteer nurse take free blood pressure readings. This is a drop-in program and new participants are always welcome.
