Grievance Policy and Procedures
The Pleasant Valley Recreation & Park District has a formal complaint and grievance procedure and grievance form for prompt and equitable resolution of complaints alleging concerns, complaints or requests for access to District programs. The District's Complaint and Grievance Procedure and Grievance Form are provided below. Grievances can be submitted to the ADA/Section 504 Coordinator.

The ADA/Section 504 Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the efforts of the District to comply with Title II of the ADA and Section 504 and to review concerns, complaints or requests regarding access to its programs, services or activities.
