Nick Fernandez, District 1
Since moving to Camarillo in 2013, my family and I have embraced the parks, outdoor spaces, and community programs that make our city a wonderful place to live. As a software engineer, I bring a problem-solving mindset and a dedication to innovation in helping our recreation and park spaces thrive.
An avid cyclist, I believe in the importance of well-maintained trails and outdoor spaces that promote healthy, active lifestyles. My wife, Kristine, and I are deeply involved in our daughters' education at St. Mary Magdalen, where we actively support school initiatives and programs. Beyond that, we are committed to ensuring our children grow up in a safe, vibrant community where families can enjoy parks, sports, and outdoor recreation.
I am dedicated to working with the Pleasant Valley Recreation and Parks District to enhance and preserve our parks, ensuring they remain green, accessible, and safe for future generations.
